Refunds and Exchanges
I believe that happy customers are the heart of a good business. If you have any issues with your jewelry please let me know. I will try and accommodate any reasonable requests.
Due the restrictions with payment methods, refunds can only be given 60 days after payment date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 60 DAYS. All shipping and handling fees will be the customer's responsibility for returns.
The shop does not assume the responsibility of lost or damaged items due to shipping.
No returns will be accepted on custom items.
Due to the nature of these items they are water resistant. Please use care around water and do NOT swim or shower with them. Items cannot be returned due to water damage.
